I had an absolutely delicious Italian seafood dish at Sweet Peppers. I really enjoyed it and I recommend everyone stops by. I went in the evening and the ambiance was very nice. I would like to go back during my next visit and see it during the day. I recommend visiting Sweet Peppers the next time you're in Aruba. I had their seafood pasta cartoccio. Seafood Pasta Cartoccio: Served with linguine pasta, mixed seafood and a garlic oil sauce (typically it's served with tomatoe sauce but they did it with an "al olio" sauce for me instead) with a side of parmesan cheese.
And it was served to me in the shape of a swan! So fun.
