Marinated Spiced Olives, Whipped Fresh Spicy Feta, Spiced Pickled Vegetables, Lebneh and Rosemary&#3

"Tastes of the Mediterranean, wines of the world, hospitality seven days. James Beard National Semifinalists for Best Restaurateurs 2012, first certified Farm-to-Restaurant establishment in the State of New Hampshire (January, 2010), and Best of the Best, 2010-2014. Welcome to Republic." - Republic

Republic is so amazing! This restaurant is so unique and I absolutely love the fresh farm-to-restaurant ingredients. According to their site, and I couldn't agree more, Republic is "your go-to bistro for breakfast, lunch, and dinner…or just a casual drink with a few small bites." I had a delicious solo lunch and I completely underestimated the portions of their food. For a small amount, I got a few apps at an amazing price and still had leftovers! I had their delicious marinated spiced olives, whipped fresh spicy feta, North African spiced pickled vegetables (warning, very spicy but delicious!), lebneh and a yumy martini, Rosemary's Affair. The whipped fresh spicy feta was probably my favorite, but everything was so good that choosing a favorite seems unnecessary. Visit Republic's website republiccafe.com and facebook page republiccafe.
