Mint Bistro is one of my favorite restaurants in Manchester, NH. They have such a vast and delicious menu. If you're in the mood for meat, fish, sushi or any other delicious thing you can think of, chances are Mint will be able to satisfy your craving. They have so many amazing choices. I swear, eventually I want to try everything on the menu. The prices are great too, I don't think they are overpriced in any way as you can have a couple of apps or indulge in one of their entrees. You're paying for delcious food with great portions. We enjoyed their sweet & spicy pork belly, hazelunut goat cheese fritters and a sushi roll called Devil's Breath. It was the perfect amount of food for two people. I can't say which I liked best because it was all amazing! I 100% recommend you check out Mint! Sweet & Spicy Pork Belly: Buckspork of Maine free range pork, puffed rice, cucumber kimchi, fried egg, roasted garlic-lime mayo (GF).
Hazelnut Goat Cheese Fritters: Humboldt fog goat cheese, baby spinach, Spanish cherry emulsion, cranberry-ginger chutney.
Devil's Breath: Spicy tuna, jalapeño, avocado, sriracha, topped with salmon, wasabi tobiko, and spicy mayo.
